I'm Sarah, a curious person at heart, always drawn to figuring out how things work. Give me a good book and I'm gone: a novel takes me somewhere else entirely, and a deep dive into cloud or data does much the same thing, just with more diagrams.

I started out studying Business Administration with E-Commerce, but it didn't take long to realise I was more drawn to the systems underneath it all than the business side of running them. These days, I work in cloud support, troubleshooting real-time issues across cloud, identity, security, and data, and I'm deepening that through an MSc in Information Technology with Business Intelligence. What draws me in most is the problem-solving itself, the moment something finally clicks, or a fix holds because you found the actual root cause instead of patching the symptom.

I care as much about the person on the other side of the issue as the fix itself: listening properly, communicating clearly, and making sure people feel informed and supported, not just handed a resolution. Technical skill matters, but so does how it's delivered.
