Storage: delivered by email and kept in the site's protected admin panel, only as long as needed, then deleted.
Cookies: none beyond a light/dark preference saved in your browser's local storage, which isn't personal data and doesn't track you.
Your rights: access, correct or erase your data at any time under UK GDPR, or raise a concern with the UK ICO.
Policy changes: this policy may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
